Presumably the adults were seen and identified as this species, a summer migrant breeding on the south coast.

Sorry - brain slip. I was already working on next submission. This was a Grey Goshawk nest and nestlings. They're the two raptors we don't really get up here in Canberra and I always like to see when down the coast. Unfortunately I mixed them around when posting this. Thanks for the prompt to reassess...

Yes, Charles, the site is correct. Although the sports fields have expanded since this record was made 7 and a half years ago. But I did see another Grey Goshawk at Narrawallee two days prior to this one. But you're probably referring to a Narrawallee STK based on my original inadvertently very wrong ID.

Charles - this appears now to have been confirmed as Square-tailed Kite, whereas it should be Grey Goshawk.
