This is a very tall Dicksonia Antartica ( tree fern)

Not convinced this couldn't also be Cyathea, i'll put it up for others but I'm not sure a positive ID is possible from this photo alone.

Agree, photo is not adequate for an ID. Need a close up of the trunk and a better shot of the fronds
