It is one of the perchers, and I suspect an immature Black-faced Percher (I think there may be dark patches along the side of the abdomen but can't make these out with any certainty), but could also be an immature Scarlet Percher. The abdomen looks too thick for Wandering Percher but the perspective/angle could also be misleading. So I'm afraid I'm only prepared to go as far as Diplacodes sp. for this one.
