Thanks for your photos. This is a soaring raptor and unfortunately the definition is not perfect. The long 6 primaries which probably are banded and the long narrow tail tend to make the diagnosis of a Square-tailed Kite but the lighter patch on the body makes one think of a little eagle. I'll hold the diagnosis until we see more images or hear different views.
