Are you sure this is a Sittella. black feet and bill is not going up.

Thank you Jan - now that I look again I'm inclined to agree with you. And the fact that it was alone also argues against sittella. Unfortunately the light was challenging & I couldn't get a good photograph. The breast is quite darkly patterned...Red-browed Treecreeper?
