User's notes

Single individual foraging on the mudflats bordering the mangroves north of the Packers Creek estuary. Viewed from the Port Douglas wharf, so about a kilometre away. Note the long yellow legs, pale brown colouration and striking black and white shoulder patch, which elliminate all other local species.
