Christmas beetle found dead on Lighthouse beach Port Macquarie. It had tiny barnacle shells growing on left side.

Female. Good you got a shot of the underside; this species is otherwise quite similar to A. montanus, but doesn't have the continuous bands of white setae across the abdominal segments on the underside.
