User's notes

I'm not really sure. It seemed as big as a whistling kite. It was down low circling over tree tops and then just disappeared. Its tail is interesting. Once again, looking into the sun so hard to see any colours. Square tailed kite? but didn't seem to have the long wing fingers.

Just wondering now if this was a Black Kite which I've only ever seen once before a few years back?
