I think the thorax is wrong, for Eulechria convictella, particularly the dark band surrounding it, in my specimen.

also does not fit, the thorax of Eulechria rhymodes is described as "Thorax dark purple-fuscous, posteriorly narrowly pale greyish-ochreous."

I agree that the dark collar of E. convictella is not mentioned by Walker, but the 3 BOLD specimens show it.

If so , not as distinct as my specimen, they also show a whitish head, not convinced it is E. convictella

I still like E. rhymodes but I see a dark thorax (not obviously dark purple fuscous), but with an apparent pale grey posterior margin in several iNaturalist examples. See
