User's notes

Wonderful, healthy sapling, with gorgeous, brilliantly bright red new foliage growth –backlit by the sun. Showing as well, the trifoliate leaves and the characteristic large rounded stipules. Mossman Gorge, long circuit track two thirds the way around section, and just off the track, ca. 5–10 m to the banks of a small creek. 2016 July 30th 11:51 am – 12:00 midday .
