Ian. don't think it is Pedois humerana which either has a costal band from the base to about half way or if no band is lacking the basal bar.
Plectobela sp. ANIC1 is also missing the basal bar

I did not suggesr Plectobela undxescribed species because the moth in this sighting has a a very black thorax, unlike that presumed species.
