Possibly, but I couln't really see I see a close match amongst the BOLD Hobern taxa you suggest although they admirredly are similar. iNaturalist also suggesta Lophopepla (genus) in Wingia group. There ia also Lophopepla undescribed species in the Naturmapr checklist locally.
