User's notes
pair allowed me to get very close. Western Slopes rosella. I see alot of these across Wodonga, but pairs are always distinctive - one reddish bird like this one, and one more yellowish bird. The male seems to be the reddish one. Never see a pair where both birds are similar colouring. Also, in breeding season, the male bird chases other species away and I've even been bombed by a few. Never seen this in any other rosellas.
