Hishimonus diffractus (Leafhopper)

The circular dark brown blotch in the middle of the folded forewings is distinctive. 

Widely but sporadically distributed in Australia, but also in south-eastern Asia; Fletcher et al. (2009 and updates, https://idtools.dpi.nsw.gov.au/keys/auch/index.html) consider the species to be 'probably adventive' in Australia.
