Loopers, with only two pairs of prolegs, speckled brown, varying from reddish to greenish,  two knobs on the head and on the tail, black and white mark each side of of the second abdominal segment of middle instars, which are lost or replaced by other dark markings in final instars. Feeding on plants from a wide variety plant families.
