Eupselia satrapella and similar species (An Hypertrophid moth)

Eupelia strapella and E. beltera and some other similar named or unnamed species cannot usually be separated in photos, and are difficult even with specimens in the hand.  They have similar and similarly varying apical patterns in the forewing. The description of E. beltera says "Near E. satrapella, differering mainly in the hindwings" which most photo records do not show.  ACT records of these species are assembled here under this name.
