Nearcha (genus) (An Oenochromine moth)

Grey moths with slightly recurved forewing tips, with variable markings often including 2 dotted lines across each wing. Wingspan 2 to 3 cms. They have patterns of tufts and ridges on the undersides of the hindwings that are useful in distinguishing species, but it is difficult to capture them in photos of live moths..
