Nola bifascialis (A Noctuid moth (Nolidae))

The adult moth of this species has off-white forewings with a variable number of black and brown spots of various sizes. The hindwings are pale brown, fading to white at the base, each with a dark spot near the middle. The moth has a wingspan of about 2 cms.The species has been found in  Borneo, Papua, and in Australia in Northern Territory, and  Queensland.
