Physarum viride

Sporangia:- stalked, nodding, gregarious, lenticular or subglobose, umbilicate below, yellow to green grey gold and even reddish, about 0.5mm diameter upto 1.5mm tall. Peridium delicate, incrusted with calcareous flakes splitting into fragments or floriform lobes.

Stem:- Longitudinally wrinkled, twisted, brown paler at apex.

Capillitium:- abundant, fusiform, hyaline threads interspaced with spindle shaped yellow lime nodes.

Spores:- Black on mass, brownish lilac by transmitted light
