Sporangia:-  sessile globose to subglobose sporangia, orchraceous drying to bright yellow, 0.5 - 0.7 mm diameter.


Peridium:- membranous shiny, thin, dehiscence irregular.


Capillitium:- elaters unbranched, long, cylindrical with spiral bands connected by longitudinal striae, free ends with short conic points.


Spores:- bright yellow to browinish yellow

Substrate:- bark or decaying wood
