Barker, 1988. Refer page 92 of Barker's field guide 'Castiarina' (2006). Length approx. 10.2mm (male) , 10.8mm female.

Lateral margin of pronotum helps to differentiate from C. subgrata, C. supergrata. Spade-shaped apical mark help differentiate from C. grata and C. subgrata.
